This site is a collection of "notes," mainly technology-related, and mainly having to do with the tech solutions that work (or don't work) for me. These notes are often motivated by a question someone has asked, and particularly if the question has been asked of me several times.
Over the years, I've come to realize that not everyone has the time or interest to follow the quick twists and turns of the tech revolution we're living in, but it permeates our lives so completely that everyone is better off with at least some understanding of what is going on under the hood. Accordingly, these notes are written for quick digestion by the intelligent reader (i.e. not for dummies here!), but if I've made too big a leap in assuming some prior knowledge, don't hesitate to email me. I'll try to update notes for clarification.
